Yesterday, at the home of Mme Madeleine Lemaire, after a dinner, a very select reception: personalities from the artistic,
elegant and aristocratic circles. A most brilliant musical soirée dedicated to the distinguished composer Reynaldo Hahn.
Heard and applauded were Madames Eames-Story, Gabrielle Krauss; Monsieurs Fugère, Edmond Clément and Risler,
who above all admirably showcased the beautiful pieces which Reynaldo Hahn has composed for the finely chiseled
poems by M. Marcel Proust. Each one of his Portraits de peintres is a little jewel. Let us not forget the choirs
who performed in perfect harmony.
In the audience:
Princesse Edmund de Polignac, Marquise d'Hervey Saint-Denys, Marquise d'Eyragues, née de Montesquiou-Fezensac,
Mme Kinen, Comtesse du Pont de Gault-Saussine, Mme Louis Stern, Comtesse de Saint-Léon, Marquise de Saint-Paul,
Mme Baignères, Mme Hochon, Comtesse de Bois-Landry, Comte Robert de Montesquiou, M. de Heredia and his daughters,

The repetition of phrases in these accounts suggest that at least some of them were derived from the same source; a likely source being Proust himself, although it is impossible to be sure.
